All Your Base Are Belong To Us，是Engrish著名例子之一，其功能跟成語類似。據研究，這句名言是在2101年的一場宇宙戰爭誕生。後來再經超時空轉移至$EGA，於是$EGA所出的電子遊戲Zero Wing英文版就出現這句句子。在骨狗翻譯的日語歌姬翻唱下也成為了一首輕快的名謠小調[All Your Base Are Belong To Us]。

在2101年，一個擁有主角威能的太空船受到邪惡組織CATS的攻擊，然後接受到CATS魔王的警告，當中就出現了All Your Base Are Belong To Us這句名言，這也證明了在不久的將來Engrish已經取代了English，成為真正的世界語言。
以下是我們所得到的對話內容：
- Narrator:公元2101，一場戰爭正在開始……
- Captain: 發生了什麼事?
- Mechanic: 有人設置了炸彈！
- Operator: 我們接收了訊號
- Captain: 什麼！
- Operator: 打開主螢幕
- Captain: 是你！
- CATS: 紳士們你好嗎？
- CATS: 所有基地都是我們的。
- CATS: 你現正步向毀滅！

- CATS: 你沒有機會製造時間去生存。

雖然如上所述，在2101年才會出現All Your Base Are Belong To Us這句名言；但是據語言考古學家的研究，其實早在2002年，就有人使用這句名言，一切的榮耀都歸功於屌布殊。
這個邏輯很簡單，就像印地安人早就居住在美洲，大家卻認為是割倫布發現了新大陸，所以屌布殊早就使用這句名言，2101年的CATS魔王只是抄襲的。
事情的經過是這樣的：
- 2001年9月冰拉燈炸了U.S.世貿大樓。
- 2001年10月冰拉燈躲回「BASE」（指基地組織，所以不用複數形bases）。
- 2002年初屌布殊下令攻擊「BASE」。
- 2002年4月所有的基地組織被美國兵占領，所以屌布殊很屌的向冰拉燈說「所有你的基地組織都屬於美國的啦，哇哈哈」！
- 但是因為屌布殊智商只有九十一，是過去五十年來智商最低的總統，因此說成了Engrish：「All Your Base（基地組織） Are Belong To U.s.（United States）！」以上是這句名言真正的來源。
